    Description

    Up for your consideration is this antique Victorian cast iron rim lock.  The dustbox dimensions are 3 3/8 by 4 7/8 by 5/8 of an inch. The backset (the front edge of the face plate to the center of the doorknob spindle) is 4 1/8 inches.  The spacing ( the center of the doorknob spindle to the circular part of the keyhole) is 2 3/8 inches.  It is in good condition with some paint.  There is no key.
