    Item Description
    A neat early door lock.  Marked on one side with a brass button that reads J. Young Patentee with a crown.  I believe this is English, but am not sure.  Wood looks to be chestnut.  Measures about 9 by 5-1/2" and is about 1-1/4" thick.  Does not have the key.  Offered as-is.
