Antique Blue Art Deco Glass Footed Bowl w/ Sterling Base Steuben Pairpoint or ?

Description

Here’s a Beautiful Antique Blue and Clear Glass Footed Bowl with Sterling Silver Ball Foot Base.  The diameter is approximately 9 and 1/8” and it stands about 6 and 1/2” tall.  The only mark I see is “Sterling” on the underside.   If anyone knows who made it I’d appreciate that information.    There are some scratches to the interior (picture 6).
